Storm Bow[edit]

Image:User SuperCobra Strombow.jpg, says its a Longbow, lets leave it a that ~ SCobraUser-SuperCobra-Sig.png 13:34, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

already said i don't like losing time arguing, do as you wish. lussh 13:36, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

Your armor combo[edit]

It looks amazing! I love it! wow! O.O what are you wearing on your feet? those boots don't even look familiar! LunarEffect 18:38, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

it's asuran boots dyed white. lussh 18:52, 19 January 2008 (UTC)

good work[edit]

on reverting. The wiki needs strong contributors like you :) -Auron 11:22, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

Armor notes[edit]

Can I suggest to put your armor notes below the crafting table? On many pages images can screw up the viewing of the tables, so it's easier to have it work ok if you put them below. - anja talk 14:15, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

yes, no problem lussh 14:51, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
Thanks! - anja talk 14:52, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

armor galleries[edit]

i don't want to complain about your work, your uploading lots of pictures for the wiki... but wouldn't it be better without weapon when taking pics for armor galleries? —ZerphatalkThe Improver

shadow damage[edit]

do you have proof or reasoning that the mesmer skills you added to the list actually do shadow damage as opposed to untyped damage? some of the skills u listed there actually say untyped damage in the notes of the skill article. --VVong|BA 21:55, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

because they do always the damage said on any foe, whatever is it's level and armor, just like shadow damage would do ? lussh 22:06, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
Armour ignoring damage doesn't equal shadow damage, shadow damage equals armour ignoring damage. --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ Talk 22:07, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
Oh, and it seems to be only necromancer skills that seem to deal shadow damage. --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ Talk 22:10, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
That whas usefull, what you propose ? putt a note under each of thoses skill saying it's armor ignoring ? if you prefer to create a page "armor ignoring damaging skills", you're welcome, you'll just have to copy/paste every shadow damage skill.lussh 22:11, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
That's not what he was saying. You were just adding random skills or so it seems. I mean, Energy Blast? Obsidian Flame? They may very well be just armor ignoring spells. It does not mean they deal Shadow Damage. --Mini Me talk 12:10, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
they deal their damages the same ways as shadow damage, what you want more ? i didn't found armor ignoring damage page, i found shadow damage page.lussh 13:35, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
You can see Damage type#Typeless damage, for example. - anja talk 13:38, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
i'm really tired, do all what you want except ever coming talking to me again, thank you all. lussh 18:13, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

Clipping issue[edit]

I just saw you uploaded a new pic of your Nec and noticed the bones of the Demonhorn Boots pricking through the Vabbian Leggings. In case it bothers you, you could post it here. Maybe it becomes fixed then someday. Yet i don't know whether this type of art issue is solvable or not, as someone said to me that it isn't for some reason once...i personally treat that as rumor, but i don't really know anything about graphics programing. —ZerphatalkThe Improver 21:17, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

why would it bother me ? it don't at all. lussh 21:28, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
He's basically saying that the armour doesn't match up properly as it should and if you want to report it, just follow the link. — Eloc 04:02, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

undo edit[edit]

Would you mind explaining why you undid my edit? The Cleaver article does not refer to the Cleaver_(Canthan), as the Canthan cleaver is not a core item. They are two separate entities and have two separate pages and thus should not have pictures of the other axe on them as all it does is confuse and clutter the page. The correct way to differentiate is to use a disambiguate link at the top as i have done. -- Salome User salome sig.png 23:11, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

simply because i didn't saw the page for the canthan one, it's my mistake, i thank you to explain this to me and apologise. lussh 08:32, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
Thanks Liche, just read my original post to you and i sounded somewhat abrupt and harsh, sorry about that. Had been editing for about 6 hours by that point and was knackered, so my apologies for my abrupt tone before. Regards -- Salome User salome sig.png 17:43, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
i wasn't ironic with you, i really apreciated it. lussh 17:47, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

Dye galleries[edit]

I merged your nice necro dye galleries onto the main gallery pages, I hope you don't mind. I think it's good to have most images in the same place, that way more people can find them. - anja talk 12:38, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

I agree, you'r welcome. -lussh 12:40, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for doing those I missed :) - anja talk 12:53, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
nioup ^^ lussh 12:59, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

Deletion[edit]

Hi, Liche, could you tell me why you tagged Ryn for deletion please? There's no reason in the template, and the previous content seemed a genuine contribution. --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ Talk 15:31, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

Never mind, Poke saw that it was Ryn Cursewing. Next time though, it would help immensely if there was a reason summary as a parameter (i.e. {{delete|redundant with Ryn Cursewing}}) and if you didn't remove the initial information :) --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ Talk 16:04, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

Removed skills[edit]

Don't know if you've gotten this fixed as you wanted, but if not, when you want to remove a group of skills from a list just add | notcategory = categorynamer to the {{skill table}} template. Possibly adding a number to the parameter if there is more than one of them. Backsword 08:09, 22 March 2008 (UTC)

Your real name[edit]

If you don't want people to use your real name, please don't make it so easy to access (via Special:Preferences). — Eloc 20:18, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

first, i didn't knew others could have so easy access to My preferences page so easily, second don't ask me "please".

third, fuck off, i never asked you to say it, i don't want to see your username again. --lussh 20:27, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

Liche, calm down. And we can't access your preferences, but it's possible to see every inserted "real name" by inserting ?action=credits at the end of any page's url. If you change that in your preferences, noone will be able to see it on any page. It's not Eloc's fault by the way, although, he probably shouldn't have brought it up on a random article talk page. --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ Talk 20:30, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
too late i'm paranoid now, and i have hard time not saying lots of taunts. --lussh 20:33, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
i would be glad if it was erased from the page where that .... said it, and for him, i do'nt wan't his name anymore on my page. --lussh 20:36, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
Every talk page is for the community to contact that user, so Eloc has every right to be here. However, seeing as you're obviously not willing for him to be here, I hope he can respect that. But as I said, maintain a calm posture and don't get too annoyed - it's not directly Eloc's fault. --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ Talk 20:39, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
it's not he's fault to tell my name ? ****!. i don't wan't to see my name so easyly found and told. i'd like supressesd from the page where he said it. --lussh 20:43, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
I don't think I'll be able to do that. The wiki is supposed to be a public project - anyone can edit according to the wiki's rules and general thoughts. If you put your real name into your preferences, that information could be used - the internet is by no means a secure place. However, I doubt everyone reads the history of every page so I don't think you should be too worried. The most you could do is take your name out of your preferences and discontinue the conversation. --User Brains12 Spiral.png Brains12 \ Talk 20:47, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
Don't worry about my preferences, i removed everything. i have found my privacy violated, it's not the fault of the one who said my name with a ":p" please understand that i'm reallly uncomfortable to me sawing my name coming out of nowhere on a public page, without my consentement. for me it's a violationt.lussh 20:52, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
If I was you, I wouldn't worry too much about your name being on one random page on the wiki. You're name, I'll respect your wash for it not to be posted again, is fairly common, it appears. And if someone wanted to harm you in any way, they could easily obtain it through ?action=credits (that you previously were unknowing of) or through your IP address backwards to your computer. So calm down a bit, and try to stay rational in these situations. Calor Talk 21:01, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
