This is what it says. Code=227 "Did not recignize your account login information"

Hello... I've been reading your request for help. I am just another gamer and not a member of support but perhaps if you would tell us what steps you have gone through to solve this problem maybe it would help. Here are a few things you might want to try.

• Is your login for the game your email address? If so you might want to check here for some useful information since other people have had issues like this before. If that was the problem then that is why your password won't reset and it is giving you an error.
• Otherwise you should try what Kaheiyeh said and actually create a support ticket by going here where someone who actually works for the company you gave your money to will respond to you and help make sure everything is correct. The people here on this wiki are 90% players and fans with only a few sysops that actually work for the people who made GW. So you might want to respect your fellow players because none of us are jerking you around. You have to give more information with your questions and be more patient with our responses.
