Pet's flaws

I use to have a Elder wolf on my W/R but i got a other one and trained it Dire. But i agree whit you, pet mecanics are flawed. Also pet should be avaible in party window like hero and Charm animal is only need to tame once. Nice user page btw, i may steal your character box if you dont mind. --Bob 02:25, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

It is not Charm Animal I dislike as much as the fact that you need at least two skills to be able to bring along a pet. Even a very weak res on the Charm Animal skill would improve it a lot for casual PvE players like myself who like to bring along a pet for mostly asthetic reasons. I am glad that someone agrees with me though ;-). As for the page, why should I mind? I based mine off one I found here. :-) Nicky Silverstar 08:48, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

Delete

Hi, here's a tip: when you use the {{delete}} template, you specify a reason within the braces. For the image you tagged for deletion, you can do this:

{{delete|This image should be deleted because I uploaded it in the wrong place. My apologies.}}.

I fixed it for you already. ;) -- ab.er.rant sig 09:04, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

Ok, thanks for the tip. I keep learning more and more each day. :-) Nicky Silverstar 09:17, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

copy content from Guildwiki

I noticed you copied Kaitan Village from GuildWiki. We cannot do that, due to different licensing with GuildWiki, so all content copied directly from GuildWiki is up for deletion. Though, facts cannot be copyrighted, so feel free to use the facts at GuildWiki as a start and write an article here about it, following our formatting guidelines. Feel free to ask if there are any problems . - MSorglos (talk|contrib) 17:07, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

I didn't copy it, but I DID use it as a basis for my own article, so it closely resmbles is, however if you look closely, you'll notice that it's contents have been altered.Nicky Silverstar 14:20, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
As stated before, using the facts from GuildWiki is okay at least if article follows our formatting guidelines. I did not compare text word by word, but I saw same page layout as on GuildWiki (e.g. missing infobox, instead picture on right side). Many direct copied texts use such 1:1 layout, so its relativly easy to see that they are copied... - MSorglos (talk|contrib) 18:38, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
Ok, well, I tried to add something, but I can see why you won't allow it. Next time I create something, I'll make sure I have read the guidelines first. My apologies.Nicky Silverstar 12:48, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

Hi.

Isn't it a bit rude to personal attack someone who can't even respond, particularly considering you're criticizing him for violation NPA? --Edru viransu 19:42, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

I am not attacking him but his manners in general. I don't like the way he treats other people. I don't know what the NPA is so I am not criticizing him for that. In fact, all I am doing is asking questions, if they offend you, then you are misreading them. Funny though, how you should call me rude after the way HE treated Izzy. Nicky Silverstar 21:38, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
If "Izzy is worthless at game balance" is NPA, then "he fails at communication" and saying that he is unintelligent certainly are. --Edru viransu 23:36, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
He said a lot more than that and I never said he is unintelligent, only that he fails at communication. Which he clearly does, otherwise everyone would agree with him before he started to attack Izzy personally. Don't bother to respond, I know you don't agree with me. Hey

I'm all new in wiki and really came to your page by accident =D. I've had longer the idea to mage my own page but now i actually started to do it. I hope you dont bother if i borrow some ideas from your page =)? Limu Tolkki 21:40, 17 December 2007 (UTC)

Sure, no problem. I have borrowed (and modified) some ideas myself for inspiration. Nicky Silverstar 12:11, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

Sorry

I apologize for Readem's behavior on Izzy's talk page. He is a moron and cannot help it. Shard 00:45, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, but no problem. I already knew that. :p Nicky Silverstar 08:03, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
I apologize for shard's behavior. He is just bad at the game. Nerf MBaS moar Izzy! --Readem 23:41, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
Sorry readem but I don't remember you from when the game was balanced. Did you pick up the game after cheating was allowed or did you just fail at everything until SF spike came along? Don't say other people are bad when you lose even when cheating. Shard 23:05, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
...lol. HA is more difficult then ever. I remember playing WoH w/ a dual warrior frontline using tiger stance, cyclone axe, and apply poison. We skipped to halls and won twice. Still have some of those guys on my friends list lol...but yeah, I guess I came after we all started "cheating". --Readem 06:48, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

Readem

Hey, you and Readem are in an escalating flame war on Izzy's talk page right now. It doesn't matter whose argument is best, as both of you have a valid argument. Right now, both of you should stay away from each other in discussions and Izzy's talk page. Calor (t) 04:04, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

Sigh, I give up. If people here really support Readem, even after he admits that he's just here to make everyone feel miserable, then you're clearly beyond hope. Nicky Silverstar 08:03, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
It's not a question about supporting Readem or not, you are practically destroying another persons talk page with personal flame wars. Please, don't, it is disruptive and will get you blocked from editing. - anja talk 09:28, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
Well, I have stopped already. I won't post on Izzy's page for a few weeks, so don't worry about it. I just find it funny that I get the these messages and Readem doesn't, when I have made every effort to reply to him without flaming him (I admit I may have failed a bit in that, but still, I am quite ploite compared to him). Nicky Silverstar 13:22, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
I did not post on Readem's talk page simply because Aberrant had already posted, and I didn't see a reason to just repeat that. - anja talk 13:39, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
Ah, I see. In that case, I apologize. Nicky Silverstar 13:49, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
I realise my posts were also unnecessarily hostile. I apologise for that. :) - anja talk 13:52, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
Readem is a 10-year old who thinks he is cool because he knows middle-school insults. Why isn't he banned yet? He has never posted anything constructive anywhere. Shard 23:02, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
Attacking Readem solves nothing. - anja talk 23:03, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
readem is a hero --Crsd ngl talk 23:05, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
Attacking me does shit (I really don't care lol). Go ahead. I encourage it. It gives me something to fucking do. Tell me I fail as a human being, that my spelling is atrocious, or even that I smell. Tbh, you are probably right. I play a fucking online game a good majority of the time. Sitting in a chair, contributing to a worthless Wiki. How does this help...well, anyone for that matter? It doesn't. In that chair, I type shit like "WTF" or "QFT". Does this improve me as a person physically or mentally? No. Finally, while I sit in this fucking chair contributing to this god-awful Wiki, I probably have BO that smells like a colostomy bag freshly used. I admit it. I am not perfect. But at least I don't sit on a fucking high-horse, thinking my opinion actually matters. That by contributing to this wiki, I am making the world a better place. ffs, we all have fake names and spend hours posting about (essentially) nothing! Lulz. --Readem 06:32, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
If I can help one person enjoy the game a little more, then yes, I do believe I have made the world a better place. Call me crazy, but I believe that while you cannot improve this world as a whole through this wiki, you can ruin a person's personal life via the internet. You are very good at insulting others Readem. Are you still that tough if someone commits suïcide after one of your comments? That sort of thing is not uncommon on the internet you know... Nicky Silverstar 08:19, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
...I would blame their childhood. Not me lol... --Readem 08:38, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
I agree that you probably wouldn't be the main cause, but still, you could push a person over the edge, and when you're depressed, every little thing counts (I know it did for me). The wrong comment to the wrong person could do a lot of damage. Say that I'm overreacting...then I'd say I hope I am. Nicky Silverstar 08:45, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
