The Wedding[edit]

Thanks for adding all the dialogue; I really didn't feel like transcribing it all :P calor (talk) 01:33, 17 December 2010 (UTC)

no Problem, all that is needed is Thackery's part Ocren 06:12, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Character page[edit]

I moved your character page to User:Ocren/Allesa Limera so that it was in your userspace instead of the mainspace. G R E E N E R 10:15, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

thank you, I`m bored and can`t sleep so I`m doing another take at this... Now how did you do that? Ocren 10:17, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
No prob. One of the options across the top of the screen should say "Move". I clicked on there, then added the proper starter for your userspace, "User:Ocren/". Since I thought you wanted to keep your characters name, I kept the rest. G R E E N E R 10:19, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
thank you
Feel free to try and move User:Greener/Sandbox/Alphee somewhere if you wish. I'm planning on deleting it anyways in just a bit. G R E E N E R 10:21, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

No, I'll be good, I understand how it works, what I'm having troubles though is the redirecting from my one picture that I have been playing with to the correct pageOcren 10:24, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

I think I just fixed it. Make sure you take off the information from Allesa Limera, and add it to User:Ocren/Allesa Limera. I'm going to be deleting the former soon. G R E E N E R 10:26, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
A couple of suggestions. First, make a separate page, such as User:Ocren/Header which will hold that character banner you have at the top. That way, you can include the banner on your other pages using the code {{:User:Ocren/Header}}. Next, when you want to redirect an image to a page in your userspace, make sure you use code similar to #redirect [[User:Ocren/CHARACTER_NAME]]. That way, when you upload your image, you can create the link to that page right away. G R E E N E R 10:32, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
I was getting to the header right away tooo, but the redirect info is great to get. thank you. Insomiea is fun when you have nothing to do! Ocren 10:34, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
Last tid-bit (just re-figured this one out). For the redirect to work from an image, make sure that the redirect is the first line in the image description, and the tags are placed on the lines below. Other info can be found at GWW:REDIRECT and GWW:IMAGES. Oh, and if you wish GWW:USER. G R E E N E R 10:42, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

[edit]

Hey, If your wanting to make your banner have icons similar to the ones I had, use the icons in the skills menu in the game while menus are set on very large. Add a hero, and select them. Then take the screenshot. Im gona go and make mini templates of that navbar latter tonight, so as to make it easier to customize one for your own pages. Feel free to use it once I get it done.--Neithan DiniemUser Talk:Neithan Diniem 23:06, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

actually I am using the main select screen then cropping the picture from that and inserting them in. it seems to be working. but thanks Neithan for the help :) Ocren 23:09, 16 January 2011 (UTC)
Fixed your banner for ya. The tabs are all spaced evenly now, took off the templates tab, and lniked the monument's calculator to your name. All thats left it looks is to change/remove the Heros info and PvP/Guild pics/links. You can copy the images, of course, and put em in your userspace if you wish. If I changed something you don't like, just revert or change it, hope I helped!--Neithan DiniemUser Talk:Neithan Diniem 06:36, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
well thats nice, I'll keep the templete link going back to your templetes for ease of anyone who likes what I did. and I'll get to the hero page at another time... been at these page for 2 days now. I need a break from it. but I am going out on a limp here and guess to deal with the hero page I do the same thing as with the Info page? And I figured out that with the info page you can do the same color codes as you did with the character pages. Ocren 06:45, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

Feedback[edit]

You beat me to the punch with that move. Wait, I spoke too early. You have to watch your capitalization. Your name has a capital O in it. I'll grab that, and the subpages. One sec. G R E E N E R 07:04, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

lol I like all the help, thanks :) next task, my signature Ocren 07:07, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
Best of luck. Info can be found at Help:Signatures#Customizing_your_signature. And the previous issue with the feedback was due to the fact that your header had a lower-case "o" in it, instead of the capital. G R E E N E R 07:10, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
thank you, for all of it. Ocren 07:11, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

Templates[edit]

Hey, just a lil note; if someone has a template that you want to use, you don't necessarily need to copy it into your userspace and make your own version of it, just use the template code they provide and fill in the variables. If you wana edit your template version though that's full well and good. Lets you have a custom page design. ^^ Theres nothing against copying em, though, so its up to you. Just might wana give credit to them on your template page (use the noinclude codes to prevent stuff from appearing in the template, but still show up on the template's page). Some users are a lil protective of their template work (Im fine with it though).--Neithan DiniemUser Talk:Neithan Diniem 17:31, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

No worries, I was planning on giving you credit as soon as I figured out how to make my main page redirect to yours if they have any template questions. But of course, I couldn't have done any of this work without your help so yes I get no credit for this other then I made it. as a side note, one of your warrior picture links is dead Ocren 04:53, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
Yea, haven't gotten round to takin that one.--Neithan DiniemUser Talk:Neithan Diniem 05:00, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
know the feeling, I have my other 7 to do. glad I did the hard one firstOcren 05:03, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
Main page is lookin good, you got an extra end bracket on there though. Also, if you have an image-editing program like Photoshop or Gimp2 (free to download) you can remove the white background from that sword image.--Neithan DiniemUser Talk:Neithan Diniem 13:22, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
okay, I'm taking a break right now because I need one. thanks for all the help :) Ocren 00:24, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
