I agree. plz2kickmefromguild --Kos Luftar

I think it's a neat skill but then again I'm only r5 Norn and I don't abuse the jesus out of it. But there's only 2 solutions to this;

  • Tone it down thus killing it's use completely.
  • Remove it entirely.

I dunoo. It doesn't break PVE too much in my opinion, but again this comes from someone who doesn't use and abuse it very often. I rarely bring it when I'm doing a mission for serious. (my main peeve is the lack of real self healing.) VanguardUser-VanguardAvatar.PNG16:58, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

I've never ues it myself other than in the GW:EN quests (and it was the Aura, not the blessing). But I won't nerf it. It requires fixing, not nerfing. The fix should be to change it to make it more like using a Siege Devourer, exactly the same for all:
  • Fixed energy. Something between 25 and 60. Always, for all characters.
  • Fixed armor for all professions: base 60+the bonus given by this skill.
  • Fixed health.
  • Fixed damage depending on weapon type.
  • Do not affected by equipment upgrades (energy steal, health, etc)
  • Etc.
That way it would be fair for all professions. No further change is needed, since it greatly helps the professions with more problems in PvE. MithranArkanere 23:40, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
Just think; make your monks combat-worthy! Haha. VanguardUser-VanguardAvatar.PNG16:57, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
Aditionally. You no longer need level 20 to access GW:EN. MithranArkanere 19:48, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

I completely agree with this. Ursan needs to be changed so that it requires some thought, like the other blessings. Make all the stuff conditional. Maybe Ursan Force would only KD crippled foes, requiring something that isn't Ursan to come along.--DNA 20:13, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

Something like that would be /brilliant/, DNA. Actually, if they had conditional things like that, possibly several of them, even I might try Ursan. Or, like, I SO would. @_+ Group-wide, and build in general, strategy is lovely, and my favorite thing to mess with in GW. Ursan kills strategy, at the moment, and is thus evil and horrid. Making many/a few of the skills in Ursan conditional, and possibly lessening the buff given by it a bit, would make it a much less broken skill, and make me much happier with GW. ^^ Warriors, Elementalists, Monks, and Paragons should NOT be the only ones able to get into a UW group... I miss being able to go Battery necro. D; Isolina Black 13:48, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
The class discrimination comes from the same mentality that caused Ursan's popularity. As long as you have two good monks and two good tanks, the other four slots can be whatever you want. Yeah, it doesn't kill as fast as a bunch of echo-nukers, but it's more fun. Our last team was two stance tanks, a healer, a prot, a D-paragon (NOT an Imbagon), an elementalist, a splinter-barrager and an SS. With the exception of our SS necro being a complete moron, that run was insanely fun. Why people use cookie-cutters and Ursan over balanced groups, I have no idea. What's the point of a destination if you don't enjoy the journey? Krelus Derian 18:39, 1 August 2008 (UTC)
This has kinda been dealt with in this update, it's stll to be determined if it is super godly, or only semi godly.The Cabal Summer FTW! 12:20, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
