Nice to see you around again Stabber, it's been a while... --Xasxas256 13:33, 7 February 2007 (PST)

Hey nice to see you again :) — Skuld 13:51, 7 February 2007 (PST)

Nice to see you indeed. :) Gem 15:32, 7 February 2007 (PST)

Any "category-stub" tag? Rapta 16:50, 7 February 2007 (PST)

No. Category pages are by definition very short pages. S 16:50, 7 February 2007 (PST)

License[edit]

Would you like to release your Guild Wiki contributions under the GFDL? It might help with some of the templates and other stuff which you worked on in the GWiki as those could be copied directly after the other contributors do it too. --Gem (talk) 17:19, 7 February 2007 (PST)

Which ones do you want to bring over here? S 17:21, 7 February 2007 (PST)
Just butting into the conversation here, the most general stuff such as the Profession Icons would be helpful. In addition to that, the NPC/Location/Monster/Skill templates would be the major stuff. Rapta 17:23, 7 February 2007 (PST)
For those you have to ask, respectively, LordBiro and PanSola/Fyren. I had minimal input in either. S 17:24, 7 February 2007 (PST)
Stabber: I was browsing the templates and other stuff and noticed you having contributed on almost everything. :) Can't say anything specific atm. (It's 3:24 AM and I'm tired so I'm not doing anything specific, just browsing)
Rapta: The profession icons are allrady free to use as they are by LordBiro. --Gem (talk) 17:25, 7 February 2007 (PST)
If it has had more than one contributor, chances are that my sole permission will not be enough (unless you bring only historical versions over, which you may certainly do as I freely contribute everything into the public domain). It may be better to be really careful about what we bring over so we may avoid the mistakes and endless battles that rage in GuildWiki. S 17:29, 7 February 2007 (PST)
I'm fully aware of how this works. Your permission would help a lot since many of the wiki regulars have allready released their contributions. --Gem (talk) 17:56, 7 February 2007 (PST)
As Gem says, we are hoping to have as many people as possible agree to release their work under the FDL. This means that if an article was started by User A (who releases his work under FDL) then we can copy every revision of the article up until anon contributed.
P.S. It's good to see you again. LordBiro 18:15, 7 February 2007 (PST)

I've unprotected your GuildWiki user page in case you wish to say you're releasing your GuildWiki edits under the GFDL. --Fyren 23:11, 8 February 2007 (PST)

I am not setting foot in guildwiki. If my statements here are not enough, you may assume that the User:Stabber on guildwiki does not release any of his/her contributions under the GFDL. S 03:03, 9 February 2007 (PST)
It's enough if you clearly say here that you release your contributions under the GFDL. Did you allready? --Gem (talk) 03:15, 9 February 2007 (PST)
Yes. S 04:28, 9 February 2007 (PST)
Missed that one. Want me to put some sort of notice on your GWiki user page? (Main point being adding you in the category to help people notice that you've done this) --Gem (talk) 04:31, 9 February 2007 (PST)
I don't care what you do on guildwiki. S 04:31, 9 February 2007 (PST)
I have to say that I do not think it is enough for the person registered as Stabber here to say that the person registered as Stabber on GuildWiki is willing to release their contributions under the FDL. If Stabber on GuildWiki does not add the notice herself then I think we should presume that none of her contributions are released under the FDL. LordBiro 04:43, 9 February 2007 (PST)
Agreed with Biro. Anybody could have registered the name "Stabber" here. Until somebody logs in as User:Stabber and posts a note about GFDL release on the GuildWiki, we cannot copy that user's contributions here. —Tanaric 16:04, 10 February 2007 (PST)

Hey[edit]

I never really got the chance to meet you properly on the GuildWiki—my first real interaction is when the drama among everybody started—so I'd like to offer a hearty hello. It'll be fun getting to know the person behind the myth. :) —Tanaric 20:13, 7 February 2007 (PST)

Poke[edit]

heya :) --FireFox Firefoxav.gif 09:40, 10 February 2007 (PST)

S → S2[edit]

I don't remember what password I set for the User:S account. S 19:33, 12 February 2007 (PST)

Thanks for the laughter. Reading all these endless policy arguments was getting depressing. :) --Dirigible 19:52, 12 February 2007 (PST)
lol... LordBiro 02:12, 13 February 2007 (PST)

Blastedt[edit]

Blastedt is on a flaming, disruptive rampage. Please forgive me as I dont' know how to do most things on wiki (like the ban command apparently), and I'm trying my best. And I'm definitely not the only user aggrivated by him. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/Blastedt --Narcism 19:02, 13 February 2007 (PST)

I know. I've been watching it on RC and biting my lip. I've left messages to Rainith, Gares and Barek. S 19:03, 13 February 2007 (PST)

Templates[edit]

Thanks for fixing that template, I thought there was a different template for that but I couldn't find information on it. I'm fairly new to wikiing, where can I find stuff like lists of those templates?--Fanha 21:41, 14 February 2007 (PST)

I've been trying to keep an up-to-date catalogue of stub templates on Project:Stub sorting. Unfortunately, {{section-stub}} isn't mentioned there (I'll add it presently). You can always find a list of all templates at Special:Prefixindex/Template:, but it's not necessarily fun to trawl through that list. S 21:46, 14 February 2007 (PST)

JS[edit]

  • I rescind my oppose vote since JS will be protected pages. No hard feelings, okay? --Life Infusion 07:12, 15 February 2007 (PST)

Moving stub tags[edit]

Hi. I see you moving a lot of stub tags. I was wondering about it, because the formatting guide isn't even drafted yet and the discussion in the talk page is still going on, with no consensus found yet. Seems premature to me. <shrug> --TetrisLsig.gif TETRIS L 08:29, 15 February 2007 (PST)

Guild Proposal[edit]

Can you comment on this? — Gares 10:57, 21 February 2007 (PST)

User Signature[edit]

I suggest you read GWW:SIGN. You're violating the Policy.--§ Eloc § 00:01, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

How so? -Auron 00:05, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
You can't use "S" for "Stabber".--§ Eloc § 00:14, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
"User:S2." Where'd you get stabber from? -Auron 00:15, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Hold your cursur overtop of his signature. It links to Stabbber.--§ Eloc § 00:36, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
User:Stabber's last contribs were February 8th. Where exactly are you finding these signatures? -Auron 00:51, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Well this will be when he gets back. I'm finding all these signatures just doing random browsing lol.--§ Eloc § 01:16, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Think. Type. That order. — Skuld 11:17, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
