Guild Recruitment Bulletin Board (Discussion)

Instead of having guild members and officers yelling out for recruitment, there could be a recruitment bulletin board in every town and city. However, to post your guild on it, you must pay a substantial price. You could also post your guild's info which may include its size, guild hall, main goals, and other unique properties.

Why this is a good idea
  •  Keep the chat in towns and cities less chaotic.
  •  With the heavy price, it keeps only the top notch guilds recruiting.
Why it may not work out
  •   Not fair to smaller guilds.
  •   The bulletin board might have a lot of guilds to choose from and overwhelm eager players. (Less of a hassle if only elite guilds existed)
  •   Party Search Similar feature was introduced but is rarely used. This would be even less popular, as you have to pay to use it.
