- ArenaNet is doing everything they can against gold sellers.
- They are banning those accounts, but the sellers are creating new ones every day.
- If you are getting no Tournament Reward Points for your (correct) bet at the Xunlai Tournament House, write an email to tournament@arena.net, in English if possible.
- Gaile is working on new minipet ideas
- There are no planned changes to storage.
- Gaile confirmed the existence of the Eternal Blade—it's very rare.
- Hall of Monuments: They don't know yet what the rewards will be in Guild Wars 2.
- Guild Wars 2 is on schedule.
- It is unsure if the Bonus Mission Pack will be available in the official store, no fixed decision made yet.
- No Hard Mode ever in Pre-Searing.
