- Issue
- Touch range is just bad for most things, including this. Super efficient, but difficult to use well.
- Suggestion
- Rename to Dwayna's Whisper, change from touch to Half-Rang, up recharge to 4 or 5
- You know this is supposed to be a self heal right?

. Spell. Target touched ally is healed for 15...51...60. Health gain from this spell is doubled if you are under the effects of an enchantment.
