Issue
This skill was introduced to promote investment into different lines, but didn't succeed. "Elemental Attunement" is far better for energy management on different lines and you don't depend on (bad) high recharge spells to use it. That's why I want to suggest to totally rework it (copying the system of "Signet of Illusions"), to promote multi-line point investment in a different way.
Suggestion
Change it into: "Enchantment Spell. For 4...10...12 seconds, the next Elementalist Spells you cast use your Earth Magic (has the lowest amount of elite skills and this skill being in Energy Storage seems to me totally OP!) attribute instead of their normal attribute." * 5 Energy * 1 Activation * 12 Recharge (any suggestions are appreciated).

Or (modified version of Lou's suggestion):

"Enchantment Spell. For 1...20...25 seconds whenever you cast an Elementalist spell it uses your Energy Storage attribute instead. While under the effect of this Enchantment all your Non-Elementalist spells are disabled." 10e, 1c, 15r. (Remaining in Energy Storage)

Not so much as above, more that you can't keep it up all the time so whereas Elemental Attunement gives you constant energy bonuses, this is limited.
Suggestion
Decrease recharge to 20 - not too much since then it still counts itself as a recharging skill, thus helping itself. Instead increase the duration and make it scaling, like 10...26...30 seconds. This would mean it would have to be used more carefully since builds that use it will be hybrids to get the energy bonuses from it, but over-splitting your attribute points would decrease it's power. However, it's still overall a buff (you'd only need 8 energy storage to make this last longer than it did, plus you have the recharge bonus), which a cool but underpowered skill like this really needs.

Issue
The newest version that sets your attributes to 12 is bugged when combined with Glyph of Elemental Power. Instead of adding to the 12, or even not working, it overrides the "set to 12" mechanism and instead gives you +2 to your original attribute level. ~ Da Si 01:12, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

Sorry about this, but I don't know how to make a new page. This is August 9. After using the Elite skill Master of Magic I have some feedback and suggestions. 5e 1c 20r is great, but the duration is too long imho. I think 5..29..35 would be better. As stated in the August 8 feedback, Glyph of lesser energy doesn't work with this spell, but more importantly you can't use it with other Energy Storage skills reliably, and it decreases any elemental attributes above 12 down to 12. Suggestions: make the elemental attribute levels based on energy storage level (along the lines of 7..11..12) and allow all elementalist skills to be usable without ending this enchantment. Final product: Master of Magic- 5 Energy, 1 Cast Time, 20 Recharge Time -(5..29) seconds. Your elemental attributes are increased to (7..11) and you gain +(0..2) Energy regeneration. Ends if you use a non-elementalist skill. (Energy Storage) James (In-game: Markus Of Wrathwood)
