Issue

The effect is less powerful than Glyph of Elemental Power.

Suggestion

Make it at least as powerful as Glyph of Elemental Power to make it a viable alternative, or please make it do something else, like adding damage, or make it an Aura of Restoration that also goves you +1 attribute, or something like that. It just isn't a viable choice right now.

Too weak to be worth a space on the skill bar, recharge is too long to be useful

Suggestion

Add healing like in Aura of Restoration; drop casting time to 1/4 second and recast time to 5 seconds.

Issue

This skill just plain sucks and should not be used. It has no meaningful place on any skillbar-just bring Glyph of Elemental Power which isn't even PvE-only and cannot be removed.

Suggestion

Decrease recharge to 10 seconds. Change to "Stance. For 25 seconds, your Elementalist skills activate and recharge 33...40...42% faster."
