  • After reaching the first allegiance rank, Kurzick/Luxon Supporter, level 20 characters may learn this skill from a Kurzick Bureaucrat or Luxon Scavenger for 3,000 faction.
  • The skill icon for the Kurzick version is on top, and the icon for the Luxon version is on the bottom.
  • The effect stacks with other skills that boost attributes.
  • The Energy Storage-dependent gain is rounded down, i.e. you receive no energy unless you have at least rank 10 in the attribute and can receive at most 2 energy with rank 20 or higher.
  • The healing from this enchantment considers only the base cost of the spells, without any modifiers, such as Glyph of Lesser Energy or Quickening Zephyr.
