Yullive's suggestion

You are quite right for the issue, a ritualist is not made to fight in melee. In the same time there are (very few but funny) RA builds based on a Ritualist with a spear, spirit strength and sight beyond sight as a cover that make huge amount of damage. Moreover I play this with my dervish in guild battles and it's very powerful not to be blind half of the time ^^. But I recognize that a skill falling under primary attribute should be useful for Rits and not for the other profession (is it the Ritualiste GolE? ^_~).For me sight beyond sight as a huge drawback : it's a self buff that no other profession can use as efficiently. What about making this skill an enchantement that could be casted on teamates? Or a weapon spell as there are only self enchant in the ritualist skill line. I thought about it too. Well, see the icon! The skill is the nice idea about showing, that the Ritualist even with a bandage on his eyes is able to see the enemy. But it doesn't fit to the character of the Ritualist. To use this skill on others would be kinda strange according to the skill icon. My mind about this solution: It is called Sight Beyond Sight. So the Ritualist is able to see more than he should be able too see. So I thought: the Ritualist could concentrate (becomes slow and cant use skills) and avoid/block attacks. --User Yullive Consume Soul.png Yullive 17:43, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
Well like always, your suggestion makes sense ^^. I must admit I was kind of inspired by this focused state you talk about for my brainstorming.Cornflakeboy 00:14, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
