New suggestion for the seemingly spammable hex with a long duration...lol

Hex Spell. Also hexes foe adjacent to target. (2...9...12 seconds). These foes cannot gain adrenaline.
We forget that there are two professions that depend highly on adrenaline. Especially Paragons. Paragons are an epic adrenaline building profession. With Faintheartedness, Soothing Images, Shadow of Fear, and Vocal Minority, both the Warrior and Paragon alike are entirely shutdown and rendered useless. Especially in Domain of Anguish or in mobs full of mesmers (like the Windrider mobs in Eye of the North).
- Or you might be able to do this, without the Area of Effect function...
