Shattering Assault

While it is not a currently heavily used skill, it is still an over powered one, it has extremely short recharge when compared to other enchantment removing abilities

Suggestion - 10 8 Elite Dual Attack. Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, you deal +10...26...30 damage and target foe loses one Enchantment. This attack cannot be blocked.

Also I think that this will soon become the next R/A dual attack, even stronger then death blossom was because it removes enchants and is unblockable, when combined with wild strike that has similar recharge it leaves their enemy defenseless, R/A becomes even more dangerous then before
