Amity 5 1 15 MOVED TO SMITING PRAYERS Elite Hex Spell. For 1...8...10 seconds, target foe cannot attack. This hex ends prematurely if hexed foe is struck for damage. If this hex ends prematurely, the hexed foe takes 10...50...60 holy damage and begins burning for 0...3...4 seconds.

In its current state, it serves no real purpose and I have never seen it used; it needs a thorough reworking. As a hex spell, I figured that it would serve a better purpose in the Smiting Prayers line. In this form, it is not only a way of deterring potential attackers if the conditions are right, but it can also serve as a small pre-spike preparation for either the caster or for other teamates. Since it is a hex spell, this style of pre-spike prep cannot stack and therefore cannot be abused in that manner.
