Allow Jora hero use Blessings

I want my hero Jora to be able to use Blessing skills: Ursan Blessing, Volfen Blessing, Raven Blessing. Otherwise I don't feel having a Norn ally but just another warrior. She should be able to change her skin like in Norn quests when as ally.
