I too often hold left and right mouse buttons to move and would appreciate it if this functionality were transferred to gw2. The only "point and click" movement functionality should be to move to NPCs though. Rypofalem 19:39, 4 October 2009 (UTC)

I agree, I love to hold down both buttons and just leave my hand on top of the mouse. It would suck if I would have to get used to keyboard moving, which I oh so happen to hate...--Dervish.pngIsaaC Vow of Strength.jpgThe Sinful Elementalist.png 21:29, 4 October 2009 (UTC)

From what I understand about the removal of the point and click to move thing is that you will not be able to click on the ground or anywhere else to make the character move there. ALL OTHER movement should still be as you have it in GW, with the addition of a jump/move up, and a crouch/move down bind. I personally use both mouse buttons to move forward and turn, I also heavily use the strafe right/left buttons for movement, the addition of move up and move down is just another strafe along the z-axis when swimming. I will miss the click to move feature of GWs but can live without it, but I'm sure Anet will not go off on a wild tangent and change the way most if not all 3D FPS and MMO games have a strafe right/left/up/down, move forward/back, turn right/left binds. I would love to see the mouse more bindable though... --Skekzyz 20:36, 5 November 2009 (UTC)

I, myself, really hope that click-to-move will remain in GW2. I use my mouse almost exclusively to move in GW and other games, and only use the CTRL, C and spacebar to target and/or attack. Moving in the GW2 world would be near impossible for me (and others who are simply not coordinated enough or have vision and/or motor issues) to make GW2 playable. Whether or not click-to-move remains will have a direct impact on whether or not I buy GW2. Without it, it'd be an unplayable game for me. Thanks.
