I added a few more underused skills for this profession. Stone Sheath doesn't have a use, so I'm thinking a souped-up Conjure Earth. Armor of Frost is too similar to Armor of Mist and Frigid Armor, so I took a cue from Windborne Speed. Gust is Gale with conditional exhaustion. I'm wondering if the hex should end if it prevents exhaustion, else you might have two Eles knock-locking a single healer. Of course, one good Mesmer should be able to do the same job.
