Recruitment

[hate] has an alliance with Mystic Discipline, and I am writing this bulletin to inform you all that we as a guild will be following the:

~ Mystic Discipline Guild and Alliance Disciplinary Rules ~

1. Every officer and member of both the Mystic Discipline guild and the alliance which it leads are expected to treat each other with respect. Insults, sexual harassment/innuendos, and verbal abuse will NOT be tolerated.

2. If an infraction occurs, the officer or member who is the target of the insult, sexual harassment/innnuendo, or verbal abuse is encouraged to take a screenshot of the offense and submit it to the alliance leader (Deratrius Dazurban), [hate] leader (Kaym Havok), or an officer of Mystic Discipline or The Malignant. If neither are available at the time of the offense, save the screenshot and submit it when the guild leader or an officer becomes available at a later time. In addition, members are of course free to report the offender to ArenaNet using the in game /report function.

3. If the offense is determined to be legitimate, and the offending officer or member belongs to the Mystic Discipline or The Malignant guild, the offending officer or member will be kicked from the guild.

4. Repeated offenses from the same guild within the alliance will result in that guild being kicked from the alliance. This rule supercedes rule #3 in that, even if each offense is a singular event from a different officer or member of that guild, it is the sum total of repeated offenses that will weigh against the offending guild.

5. If the officer or member claiming to be the target of the insult, sexual harassment/innnuendo, or verbal abuse is found to have engaged in baiting, falsely accusing, insulting, provoking, sexually harassing, or verbally abusing the alleged offender, they too will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including being kicked from the guild if they are a Mystic Discipline or The Malignant officer or member.
