The Order of Chaos Reborn is a PvX guild with active and experienced players. Originally founded on October 13th, 2006, the Order was re-established on April 25th, 2007. It is founded on three Basic Tenets and two Unique Elements that make it different from all other guilds.

Basic Tenets

Dedication has many meanings in ToC. Dedication to the guild of course, but also to one's fellow members, friends, and random allies from a pickup group. Trying one's best in every situation is what all ToC Members strive to do. Also, being very active is a given part of being a Member.

Creativity is a broad category. It encompasses build creation, in-game strategy, and synergy with one's teammates. Creativity is a resource that is not bought, it can only be found and treasured, and every Member of ToC exemplifies this trait.

Teamwork is paramount in ToC. Without a coordinated team, failure will happen no questions asked. No Members ever think of themselves as better than their fellow Members (others term this Elitism). Also, decisions are always made for the good of the team and not the good of a few people on the team. Working together is not just required, it's the only way ToC exists.

Unique Elements

Provisional Membership is the title that we give to the 3 week trial period that all new recruits into the guild undergo. During that time, they prove their worth to ToC by fulfilling stated requirements within a three week period. In the process, they reveal whether or not they're willing to abide by the Basic Tenets of ToC. If the recruit fails to meet the requirements by the end of the 3 week period, he/she is kicked from ToC.

Once the requirements of Provisional Membership have been met, the person is scheduled a time for Ascension, a 4v4 scrimmage match with Members of ToC, the object being to kill the other team's Guild Lord. If the Ascendant's team is victorious, he/she Ascends into Membership in The Order of Chaos.

Recruiting

Recruiting into ToC comes in two forms:

• Recommendation by a current Member
• Showing a current Member one of the following titles
  • PvE-related
    • Cartographer
    • Protector
    • Skill Hunter
    • Survivor
  • PvP-related
    • Champion
    • Gladiator
    • Hero

On joining, each recruit becomes a Provisional Member.

Provisional Membership

Before becoming a Member, every recruit must go through what we term the "Provisional System." It consists of three steps, two done at the same time, and the third after the first two have been completed.

• Step One: The Masters

Each Provisional will have to pass three (3) tests. One test is administered by the Creativity Master. The other two are either a combination of 2 PvP Master's tests, 2 PvE Master's tests, or 1 of each. The test will be related to the Master's area and it is at their discretion what the test is. Upon joining, Provisionals will be informed of the tests by each Master. All tests must be passed within the Provisional period of 21 days.

• Step Two: Recommendation

Aside from the person who invited you and the three Masters, one third of all current Members must give their personal recommendation for you to become a Member of ToC.

• Step Three: Ascension

After the first two steps are completed, you will participate in a 4v4 match in our Guild Hall. This is your Ascension into Membership of The Order of Chaos. If you win the match, congratulations, you are now a Member. If not, you have 2 more chances to win a 4v4 match with Members of our Guild and Ascend.
