Formed when Guild Wars was first released, the Wizardry Players Guild is home to a solid group of members whose purpose is to have fun in the game. First and foremost, we are a casual guild, in that we do not have any requirements for membership. We encourage everyone to play as they feel comfortable and enjoy the game however they like. And all against the backdrop of a bunch of light-hearted and fun men and women who do not shy away from lending a helping hand.

WPG is a primarily North American guild, with active members ranging from the East Coast to the West Coast (GMT -5 to GMT -8). We are also the leader of our Kurzick Alliance, home to approximately 100 active players. Our main focus is the PvE aspect of GW, though some of our members do indulge in PvP activities at times.

WPG is still going strong in 2009, with a solid foundation of experienced members. However, we are always open to expanding our ranks. If you are interested in joining, please head over to the WPG Forum and say hello.

[edit] Alliances

If you are a guild with 10+ members and are looking for a PvE focused Kurzick Alliance, we encourage you to consider joining ours. The Alliance currently has 3 sizable guilds, with many active players within each guild. While we are primarily focused on the PvE aspects of the game, individual members do participate in some casual PvP and are not discouraged from doing so in any way. So, if you primarily focus on PvE, but do a little PvP now and again, that's certainly cool with us. We are constantly on the look out for like-minded guilds to venture with.
