Roll

In PvP, to roll or steamroll a team means to defeat them quickly. (eg. Guild 1 rolled Guild 2 in 4 minutes). In GvG, a steamroll could also mean to attack another monk, once a monk is dead, killing that monk, and then killing the first monk again once it's resurrected, hopefully pushing them into their base in the process.

Roll can also mean to create a character or configure an existing character to meet a certain build. For example, "Go roll a Domination Mesmer" means to either create a dom mesmer or to reconfigure your current mesmer to domination.

Roll was also a tactic used in Hero Battles, to quickly advance the Commander Title Track. However, with the April 28, 2009 update, rolling is no longer possible on PvP maps.
