Salvaged Release Lever is one of three bundles found by opening one of the 3 Wrecked Catapults around the Trebuchet in the Fort Ranik mission. After opening the wreckage, you can pick up the item to take it to Siegemaster Lormar. Bringing all 3 bundles from the wreckages to Lormar, will give you the ability to fire the Trebuchet.
