Fully maintainable with Glyph of Swiftness, a weapon of Enchanting, and at least 15 ranks in Water Magic. --Kheraz Zarahi 11:38, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
I like that this is maintainable. It gives more reason to go into Water Magic for protection, instead of being limited to Earth Magic just to avoid death. Take this at rank 16 with GoS at rank 8 or so, and you can maintain this and Frigid Armor to avoid burning and give yourself a good speed and armor boost. I like that combo for self-defense.
