Move recommendation[edit]

I recommend moving this page, as shown on the move tag, to keep the normal capitalization of NPC consistent throughout the game. 42 - talk 03:22, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

Just go ahead and move it ~_^--Unendingfear File:User Unendingfear Crane eats peanut.jpg 03:29, 7 December 2009 (UTC)
npc is more acceptable than NPC. I think it should stay. -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 04:41, 7 December 2009 (UTC)
Then go bring that up on the HUGE amounts of pages (and games) where the standard is NPC, Ariyen. Two votes for moving it, one vote against, I am moving it right after this post. 42 - talk 08:09, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
Actually, you brought it up. So there's one vote for it, one against it. Wait for more, before you move. -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 08:13, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
1 being Unending - for it. 1 being me against it. Creator's vote doesn't count, sorry. -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 08:19, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
NPC is an acronym, why wouldn't you have it in all caps? It looks silly otherwise. Vili 点 User talk:Vili 08:31, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
Agreed. It should be NPC. --KOKUOU 08:32, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
Meh, It looks silly either way. X-D Actually I think it should stay. It was created here and has been here for a long time, why does it need to be moved now? -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 08:33, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
This (npc) isn't in game either. -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 08:34, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
Last time I checked, moving a page preserves its history, so that is a non-issue. Vili 点 User talk:Vili 08:37, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
Should have moved it a long time back then w/out even this discussion page being created by one. That wasn't needed and would have been more reasonable to keep 'in sync '. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Ariyen (talk).

(Reset indent) FFS Ariyen, the (NPC) is there for disambiguation purposes. Seriously. --KOKUOU 08:43, 9 December 2009 (UTC)

Thank you for finally clarifying that. You two helped. Least for someone who I can't say that for. -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 08:50, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
I don't even know what your last sentence meant. Still, the article should be moved to (NPC). --KOKUOU 08:54, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
Can't move it now, anyway. Have to wait until the other is deleted. -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 08:59, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
Okay, it moved. Thank you, Aiiane. -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 09:07, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
Ariyen, using the argument that it "has been here for a long time, why does it need to be moved now?" is not a good one, and should not be used as the sole purpose to justify something being done or not being done. That implies that the wiki is as complete as it could be, and cannot be improved or that it has all the information it needs. It wasn't moved before for whatever reason, the reason to move it now is someone saw a problem, and tried to fix it.
"Actually, you brought it up. So there's one vote for it, one against it." Despite your apparent thoughts otherwise, Ariyen, that is two votes (at the time). The person who suggests something has as much of a vote on stuff as anyone else. Just because you happen to disagree with them doesn't make their opinion or point irrelevant. 42 - talk 02:49, 10 December 2009 (UTC)

Moot point. We don't talk about things that's been done and settled. Get over it. -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 03:07, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
