They are festival NPCs, and appear in towns during the Wintersday Festival, typically in Ascalon City, Lion's Arch, Droknar's Forge, and Kamadan. I expect they will also be present in towns in GW:EN for Wintersday this year. --BramStoker (talk, contribs) 22:20, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

I dont understand. Why exactly did they do a major overhaul on the amount of shards needed for cand cane item and peppermint, gingerbread items, etc.? Why must thw rold be sooo cruel??--Raph 00:33, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
