Talk:Enraged Blast
From Guild Wars Wiki
i don't quite understand this... it's ¼ cast and only if it gets interrupted there's an effect? that sounds very weak for such a boss. - Y0_ich_halt

- When you interrupt him (another one of his skills), he uses this skill. poke | talk 20:04, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
- like he gets interrupted and if you have a second interrput right after it hits this or like he cancels the spell and instead uses this just before your interrupt hits? the first one would still be a bit stupid, the second one simply unfair. - Y0_ich_halt

- No, he simply uses this if another skill was interrupted. Backsword 20:37, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
- With the enhanced speed I don't think anyone can interrupt this. And even if he get interrupted he will probably use it again (no recast). And yes, he uses this right after he is interrupted - regardless of the skill he used. poke | talk 07:31, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
- but it's completely useless if it has to be interrupted o.O it's not even a spell, so only an interrupt-spamming mesmer with high fc could hit this with Signet of Disruption. rangers would be too slow. 'cept maybe with Rapid Fire and Favorable Winds - Y0_ich_halt

- The "This skill has no function unless it is interrupted." part means that this skill will be used immediately after the Great Destroyer is interrupted and has nothing to do with Enraged Blast itself being interrupted. 75.45.198.50 22:14, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
- ngh -.-" stupid. - Y0_ich_halt

- What about psychic distraction? it's not an interruption since it disables the spell, causing it to fail. Jaimes Laig Romarto
- psychic disables the skill it interrupts. but the great destroyer uses enraged blast after you interrupt another of his skills. e.g. he uses Lava Blast, you interrupt it, and immediately afterwards, he uses this. the only protection would be blackout and such. - Y0_ich_halt

[edit] Pain inverter
Does this thing trigger Pain Inverter? If so, you probably want it to trigger. Lightblade 10:10, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
- using is recommended in the mission article, so i guess it does work. - Y0_ich_halt
