For some time i keep geting disconected in a way i cant restore conection. This has been reported to support and i am waiting a awenser. This make me wonder what all those arror code mean? I hope someone with access to the strings tie to the errono could fill in the article. --Bob 03:14, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
I started a table up to 021 because it the highest errono i ever got (and still dont know what it for). Please expand the table as need and fill in any meaning you know about them. --Bob 06:19, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
- There are actually over 100 different error codes see here. Therefore, making a table of all of them and what they do would seem to go beyond what this wiki is meant for.--Stormrunner 22:18, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

- They don't allow "Support" in a character's name so people don't try to pretend to be from Anet support because then someone would be more willing to give them sensitive info like they're account name/password or serial key, etc. -Smurf 23:33, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Its not mentioned here, but error 58 is also shown when the gw.dat file is corrupted (although it still blames it on network error).
If you delete or rename the gw.dat file and force guildwars to download it fresh, the problem goes away.Sadie2k 23:01, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

- It's not on the error code list on the wiki, if this is the new way to prevent chat spammers, please remove, rapid deletion of PvP characters is necessary. Plus, there's the fact that I haven't made a character for over a weeek and I've waited 30 minutes and am still getting this message. — Skadiddly[슴Mc슴]Diddles 21:55, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

- That error message is there as an anti-flooding measure, to makes sure someone doesn't slam character creation over and over again to try to break something. How many times did you hit the button? ;) -- Gaile

Wow...i recently got this code as well twice when i created both PvE and PvP chars of both genders to check the inventory icons and get them into my gw.dat. I actually couldn't figgure out any similiar situation that lets you act like that. That's a really weird error code^^ btw, i noticed a bug when doing so...but i'm to tired to write him down yet, as this page would be the wrong place at well, right? maybe tomorrow...wanted to say this day in the noon. *yawn*... —Zerpha

I've already mailed support about this, but it always takes them awhile to get around to answering me. I ended up trying to purchase the bmp and some character slots in the in-game store and I got the phrase "declined" error 1751336. Brand new card, no reason for it to be declined. Anyone ever heard of this error before? - Marisa 06:21, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
- Some banks are refusing to do overseas transactions due to the rising number of fraud cases(If you are in America, it goes to Scotland if I recall correctly) and will block your card. 68.185.195.210 01:59, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
