Real requirements

I believe Barradin's Stand is the initial requirement. However, completion of the Ruins of Surmia mission before accepting this quest may make it unavailable again. That seems to be my past experience. Ralmon the Gen 04:28, 19 January 2009 (UTC)

I've just done the quest Barradin's Advance. Before I've done it Fires in the East was not available, after I've done it, it has become available, even though I haven't finished Barradin's Stand yet. I'll edit the article to add this info. --Adul 16:11, 1 April 2009 (UTC)
