You are able to bypass the criteria of collecting the items if a member of your party is ready for the final part to the quest.

The final part is the death of the loser NPC, which implies one of your party already has all 3 objects. BTW, I italicized your quote part, since it ran off the edge of the page. 76.30.79.54 23:44, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
