It is encountered in the Consulate Docks mission if you run in front of the flame spouts stopping your allied NPC's from reaching you. I found this out because i was curious as to what happened if you would do so. Also the effect appears in your effect monitor for a short amount of time similar to the Sulfurous Haze effect. I am not sure if i should remove the never placed into the game or not as it is there and i have screenshots but i think someone else may want to confirm first. Tenri 02:35, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
