This armor though elite armor cannot be seen as affordable in comparison to other (except for Monk elite scar patterns) armors of similar quality. This needs an update in cost of materials. Noctarch 21:47, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

No, but honestly, why is this so prohibitively expensive? Is it possible that the rare material should have been parchment instead of vellum? Parchment would really make more sense from a cost perspective, considering that it doesn't require glittering dust to craft (only five planks and twenty gold per). Come on, guys.
