Dyeable, really?[edit]
I've had a few of these drop while charging around Shing Jea with my characters, doing festival quests for Canthan New Year 2012. None of them have been dyeable. I know there are dyeable and non-dyeable versions of some core skins, but Rusty Axe is a Factions-only skin; it seems odd that some would dye and others would not. The dye chart on the page here is for the axe with the same skin named "Battle Axe." Can anyone confirm that there, indeed, dyeable versions of these, named "Rusty Axe?"
