Well of course it is. But if you had a mesmer build with plenty of energy and you want to relieve pressure off your monk's energy, i'd say take this if you don't have a monk secondary.--66.192.104.10 18:34, 21 October 2008 (UTC)

I think of this mainly as an offensive tool, with the handy side effect of removing hexes. It turns a hex on myself or a teammate into a ticking time bomb for flattening nearby mobs.--Duke of Silence 21:51, 31 October 2008 (UTC)
