[edit] Entrance to Local quater for foreigners
Is there no other way to get to the Local quater for a non-factions character than to find a PUG doing "Mayhem in the Market" that is from Cantha? I need to access the local quater for the cartography title and don't really want to have to do mayhem in the market as it is a bit long and tedious--Stu 22:00, 29 March 2009 (UTC)

- I heard there was a way of running to the entrance if certain party conditions were met, but I've ran there several times - always on ascended characters, Cathan and foreign - to a closed door with different members. If anyone can shed any light I would also be grateful! – josÉ™ph 07:47, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
