  • 15Energy, 1Activation time, 2Recharge time Elite Spell. Hits foes near your target. Deals 10...82...100 fire damage to foes already Burning. Inflicts Burning condition (1...6...7 seconds) to foes not Burning.

My Proposal:[edit]

  • 10Energy, 1Activation time, 2Recharge time Elite Hex Spell. Affects target foe and adjacent foes. If any of these foes were burning, they take 5...13...15 Fire damage every second for 0...4...5 seconds and stop burning. Otherwise, they take 15...55...65 damage and begin burning for 1...6...7 seconds.
    • The point of this change was to greatly reduce its power when used in large numbers, while still allowing it to dish out lots of damage. At high ranks, it allows for a single ele to simultaneously inflict some damage directly, burn stuff, and do a DoT hex, but the more copies you take, the less effective it is, as the damage is dealt mainly by burning and the hex, which don't stack. I am worried about how much this may affect GvG and HA, as it allows one person to deal lots of damage over time, so I'll have a think about it a bit more. I do intent to make both the causing and removal of conditions much easier (especially removal) so this is designed with that in mind.
