Suffers from many of the same problems as rangers. Their primary attribute and certain other basically necessary skills mean that lots of spells have very high costs, making said skills basically required if you don't want to run out of energy in 5 seconds.

Whereas most professions suffer from having a weaker attribute, elementalists have the opposite problem. This should be remedied, making the other attributes good (yes, the others are good too, but 90% of eles you see will be fire).

So basically, same as everything, bring the numbers into line with each other and facilitate alternate means of play rather that just "o0oooooo, pretty numbers..."
