  • 5Energy, 0.25¼Activation time, 1Recharge time Hex Spell. After 3 seconds, target foe takes 20...84...100 damage. Wastrel's Worry ends prematurely if that foe uses a skill.

My Proposal:[edit]

  • 5Energy, 0.25¼Activation time, 5Recharge time Hex Spell. For 6 seconds, target foe takes 2...14...17 damage each second. This hex ends preaturely when a foe activates a skill
    • designed to do damage over time, so that even if they cancel it, it still does something. Should end when the target starts activating a skill.

  • 10Energy, 2Activation time, 20Recharge time Elite Hex Spell. For 10 seconds, target foe and adjacent foes take 15...39...45 damage whenever they use a skill and 5...41...50 additional damage if not under the effects of another Mesmer hex.

My Proposal:[edit]

  • 10Energy, 2Activation time, 20Recharge time Elite Hex Spell. Affects nearby foes. For 7 seconds, the next hostile skill that target foe uses takes 1...6...7 seconds longer to recharge
    • designed to instead massively screw over the offensive capabilities of the other team when used right. could be very effective in PVE due to the large numbers of guys who would be screwed over. Maybe have a shorter recharge in pve?
