- Casting Wastrel's Worry on a foe already hexed with it has no effect.
- To use this skill effectively, consider
- Foes that don't use skills (e.g. minions and pets).
- Foes with hex reducers such as Natural Resistance or the Warrior Lieutenant's Insignia (e.g. Juggernauts and Siege Turtles).
- Hexes that trigger damage on action and force the target into taking damage (e.g. Visions of Regret and Backfire).
- The concise description is somewhat misleading; if Wastrel's Worry ends early for any reason, the foe does not take damage.
