One of the larger provinces of Kryta lies just north of Lion's Arch, hence the name. It is now also home to an Ascalon Settlement.

• Complete exploration of this area contributes approximately 1.6% to the Tyrian Cartographer title.
• In hard mode, you have to kill roughly 165-205 enemies in order to vanquish this area.
• If you are a Prophecies character and haven't completed The Ascalon Settlement you can have Mhenlo, Cynn, Devona and Aidan help you vanquish the zone in Hard mode more easily. They will be level 20 but possess no elite skills.
• In hard mode, it might be useful to provide some elemental damage protection against the Fire Imps and Inferno Imps, which tend to huddle together especially in the area around the resurrection shrine to the west of Lion's Arch. If you are playing with heroes, consider Mantra of Flame coupled with a few attribute points in Inspiration Magic.
