Skale
From Guild Wars Wiki
Although apparently primitive creatures, the skale (at least those in Istan) worship a powerful ancient skale by the name of Moa'vu'Kaal. The Istani skales are also known to have a lord, Jurpa. There are some cases of Istani Cultists that seem to worship the skales as well.
