Istani Cultists look like normal Istani citizens, however they are only seen bowing and praying to Skale. From this it seems that the Istani Cultists believe that the Skale are some holy creature.

  • When not in aggro range they stand still doing various emotes. These incude, /Dance(male ranger version) and /kneel.

  • Unlike most enemies, the Istani Cultist comes in two visual versions, male and female.
  • Some Istani Cultists may have lots of Skales around them.
