Captain Greywind asks you to provide blankets for the Ascalon Settlers.

Objectives

• Go to Nebo Village with the Militia Weapons. Talk to Etham the Artisan and trade the weapons for blankets.
• Take the blankets to Captain Greywind.

Reward

• 500 Experience
• Longbow (see "Blankets" bow)
  • Piercing damage 13-25 (req. 6 Marksmanship)
  • Damage +10% (while in a Stance)
  • Reduces physical damage by 2 (while in a Stance)

Walkthrough

• Go to Nebo Village with the Militia Weapons. Talk to Etham the Artisan and trade the weapons for blankets.
• Take the blankets to Captain Greywind.

Pair this quest with The Weaver of Nebo (from Jiaju Tai in Lion's Arch); both quests require visiting Nebo Village.

Captain Greywind

"I have arranged to open trade with Nebo Village to the west. They are renowned for their weaving, and my people here are short on many cloth goods, such as blankets. Their village has, of late, been subject to numerous predacations by bandits and while we cannot spare guards, our passage across the mountains was costly enough that we do have weapons to spare."

"Can you take this stash of weapons and trade them to Ethan the Artisan in Nebo Village."

 Accept: "Glad to be of service."

 Decline: "I'm busy right now"

 Ask: "I've given you what you need. Please follow the road to Nebo Village and look for Etham the Artisan. He will provide you with the blankets we need"

"Ah, yes. I have been expecting you. I hope this is the beginning of much fruitful trade between the Ascalon Settlement and our village."
