An orphan found outside Sifhalla at a very young age, Nosavaru lived her life under the apprenticeship of Sif Shadowhunter. One day, while she and Sif were out hunting, they encountered a centaur who recognized Nosavaru. It is that day that she found out what happened to her real parents. The centaurs had taken them and killed them as a message to the rest of the humans to get off their territory. After that day, Nosavaru gave up her name and started calling herself Deathscythes. Swearing that she would one day get revenge on the centaurs who took her family away.
