An effort to standardize templates that appear in the main space with multiple columns with expandable sections, to minimize space requirements.
- Due to the fact that I couldn't seem to get any help at all (in more than a month of time) making templates for navigation standardization, I've decided to just go ahead and complete the project alone. I have quite a bit of free time, but I'll likely be tackling this piece by piece, depending on how the next few days go.
- Picked out some of the navigation pages which I believe are in need of outstanding improvement. Before I even start on them, I'll have to figure out exactly how I'll fix each navigation; they don't all have a plainly obvious fix, and some may need to redesigned altogether.

I plan on making this a srs template that isn't in the user space. All I can think of that needs adding is adjustable position parameters, but we'll see if I think of anything else.
