Happy New Year, even though it's late! :P — Galil Talk page 20:36, 17 January 2009 (UTC)

AJAXifier

Hello Galil, at first i would like to say a happy newyear! second: Is it possible to use the image viewer in the ajaxifier for a different site, and how can I "install" it there? I'm also very interrested in how the gallery can display all images on page without having to add a rel property to every single image.

I don't know about compatibility, although I'd guess not, but if you want to run your own js on other (non-wiki) sites, I suggest Greasemonkey. Lord Belar 17:00, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
I know about Greasemonkey, but i need it to run on my website for everyone who visits it, not just me. I got a lightbox running on it, but im now looking for a way to use it as a gallery without having to add a REL attribute to every single image. Nick San | Talk 17:11, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
There are hundred possibilites, for example this: click poke | talk 17:26, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
Im not looking for a single image viewer, but for one that functions like the viewer in the ajaxifier (scrolling without having to set a "rel" attribute) Nick San | Talk 17:30, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
Please excuse the late reply. The solution I could think of would be to custom-write a script for your webpage. That's what I did in the ajaxifier (based on GreyBox) so instead of requiring something like that it just loops through the images on the webpage and checks their size (to avoid it showing icons), then adds them to an array which GreyBox then uses. There's no such thing as a script that just automagically knows what images should be in the imageset and which shouldn't, and no one should really want it to show all images on one page (including logos and such) so you have to hand-code it. — Galil Talk page 20:34, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
TYVM for the reply :p Nick San | Talk 16:17, 20 January 2009 (UTC)
