Making games intentionally slow-paced by forcing players to wait for energy between fights is a terrible mechanic. I should know, I've played games that make you do it. –Jette 23:57, 5 September 2010 (UTC)

I just put this on your talk page, but oh well.
I made a potion system for another pvp game, and it works very well. There's no reason items can't be a part of pvp games. War3 had the right idea about items, except they were random, and WC3 had heroes too, which made that game's pvp a joke. ~Shard User Shard Sig Icon.png 02:27, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
I designed Aether to work with consumables in PvP, too. However, neither you or I are ArenaNet. — Raine Valen User Raine R.gif 3:35, 7 Sep 2010 (UTC)

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Energy, e-management, and e-denial were some of, if not the only, balanced parts of Guild Wars. Removing them is ignorant. Karate User Karate Jesus KJ for sig.png Jesus 03:28, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
