I thought to make a mini-project to make my opinions on your skills, so here goes:
Why the 6 recharge? The 5 Adrenaline means you're either switching targets, using a ranged weapon or the foe starts to Dash away from you. The 6 recharge destroys the skill entirely, and in my opinion, the 5 Adrenaline is fine as-is. Look at it as single target "None Shall Pass!".
