This should be a skill like Shield Bash that requires a shield tbh (give it a 0.75¾ and touch range of course). The recharge doesn't need to be there, it's already 7 (see: Bull's Strike, Counter Blow, "Coward!"). -~=Sparky (talk) 08:54, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
